14         On page 27, lines 18-26, delete those lines

16  and insert:

17         (c)  For purposes of this section, a conviction, except

18  with respect to a first-time offender under this chapter for

19  whom adjudication is withheld, is any disposition other than

20  acquittal or dismissal.

21         (2) SEIZURE, FORFEITURE; NOTICE.--Except as provided in

22  subsection (6), the procedures of chapter 932 do not apply to

23  any seizure or forfeiture of property under this section. The
