13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 23, between lines 28 and 29,

15

16  insert:

17         Section 9.  Paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of

18  943.0321, Florida Statutes, is amended, and a new paragraph

19  (d) of subsection (3) is created to read:

20         943.0321  The Florida Domestic Security and

21  Counter-Terrorism Intelligence Center and the Florida Domestic

22  Security and Counter-Terrorism Database.--

23         (2)  The intelligence center shall:

24         (b)  Maintain and In consultation with the State

25  Technology Office, establish, operate and maintain the

26  domestic security and Counter-Terrorism database; and

27         (3)

28         (d)  The State Technology Office shall, in consultation

29  with the Center, design and oversee establishment, operation

30  and maintenance of the database to ensure that it is capable

31  of performing as required by this section and that it is

  1  established, operated and maintained in accord with the

  2  policies and procedures established by the office.  The Center

  3  shall reimburse the office for all costs and expenses the

  4  office incurs in rendering the services necessary to design

  5  and oversee establishment, operation and maintenance of the

  6  database.

15  insert:

16         amending s. 943.0321, F.S., providing for State

20         Database; providing for Center to reimburse

21         Office for costs and expenses incurred in

22         designing and overseeing establishment,

23         operation and maintenance of Database.
