13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 3, lines 1-4, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         (3)  The filling, delivery, and return of a

18  prescription by one pharmacy for another pursuant to this

19  section shall not be construed as the filling of a transferred

20  prescription as set forth in s. 465.026 or as a wholesale

21  distribution as set forth in s. 499.012(1)(a).

25  And the title is amended as follows:

26         On page 1, line 7, following the semicolon

28  insert:

29         providing that "wholesale distribution" of

30         prescription drugs does not include certain

31         acts of centralized prescription filling;
