13         Amendment to Amendment (870849) (with title amendment) 

14         On page 24, between lines 4 and 5, of the amendment

15

16  insert:

17         Section 25.  Section 101.635, Florida Statutes, is

18  amended to read:

19         101.635  Distribution of blocks of printed ballots.--In

20  any county in which the supervisor of elections maintains

21  deputies in a municipality other than the county seat and such

22  municipality has a population in excess of 90,000, blocks of

23  numbered ballots shall be made available as required and as

24  the supervisor may direct, in order to comply with the

25  provisions of s. 98.181.  All ballots made available in any

26  such municipality shall be fully accounted for to the

27  supervisor.  This section does not permit the supervisor to

28  deny a local political party's requests for absentee ballots.
