18 Section 5. Subsection (2) of section 101.031, Florida
19 Statutes, is amended to read:
20 101.031 Instructions for electors.--
21 (2) The supervisor of elections in each county shall
22 have posted at each polling place in the county the Voter's
23 Bill of Rights and Responsibilities in the following form:

27 Each registered voter in this state has the right to:
28 1. Vote and have his or her vote accurately counted.
29 2. Cast a vote if he or she is in line at the official
30 closing of when the polls in that county are closing.
31 3. Ask for and receive assistance in voting.

1 4. Receive up to two replacement ballots if he or she
2 makes a mistake prior to the ballot being cast.
3 5. An explanation if his or her registration is in
4 question.
5 6. If his or her registration is in question, cast a
6 provisional ballot.
7 7. Prove his or her identity by signing an affidavit
8 if election officials doubt the voter's identity.
9 8. Written instructions to use when voting, and, upon
10 request, oral instructions in voting from elections officers.
11 9. Vote free from coercion or intimidation by
12 elections officers or any other person.
13 10. Vote on a voting system that is in working
14 condition and that will allow votes to be accurately cast.

16 VOTER RESPONSIBILITIES

18 Each registered voter in this state should has the
19 responsibility to:
20 1. Familiarize himself or herself with the Study and
21 know candidates and issues.
22 2. Maintain with the office of the supervisor of
23 elections a Keep his or her voter address current address.
24 3. Know the location of his or her polling place
25 precinct and its hours of operation.
26 4. Bring proper identification to the polling station.
27 5. Familiarize himself or herself with the operation
