14 On page 9, lines 18-31, delete those lines

16 and insert:
17 (8) The Department of Legal Affairs shall establish a
18 14-member prescription-monitoring program advisory council to
19 assist it in identifying drugs of abuse for inclusion in the
20 monitoring system and in implementing the system.
21 (a) The Governor shall appoint members to serve on the
22 advisory council. The members of the council shall include the
23 Attorney General or his or her designee who shall serve as the
24 chairperson; the Secretary of Health or his or her designee;
25 the executive director of the Department of Law Enforcement or
26 his or her designee; the director of the Office of Drug
27 Control within the Executive Office of Governor or his or her
28 designee; a physician who is licensed in this state under
29 chapter 458, Florida Statutes, who is recommended by the
30 Florida Medical Association; a physician who is licensed in
31 this state under chapter 458 or chapter 459, Florida Statutes,
