14         On page 1, lines 26 through 31,

15  remove:  all of said lines

17  and insert:

18         (4)  The driver of a vehicle about to enter or cross a

19  paved county-maintained road or highway from a paved or

20  unpaved road that is not maintained by a governmental entity

21  and not subject to control by an official traffic control

22  device shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles

23  approaching on the county-maintained road or highway.
