14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 5, lines 3 and 4, delete those lines

17  and insert:  shall be subject to a probationary period as

18  provided in section 110.213(1), Florida Statutes. This section

19  shall not take effect if committee substitute for Senate Bill

20  2340 or similar legislation transferring the Division of

21  Workers' Compensation becomes a law.
