14         On page 32, line 28, delete that line

15

16  and insert:

17         (5)  No later than February 1 of each year, water

18  quality improvement projects and water restoration projects

19  submitted for funding through the legislative process shall be

20  submitted to the department by the appropriate fiscal

21  committees of the House of Representatives and the Senate. The

22  department shall review the projects for funding eligibility

23  and must, no later than March 1 of each year, provide each

24  fiscal committee with a list of projects that meet the

25  eligibility requirements under this grant program.
