13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 6, between lines 26 and 27,

16  insert:

17         (13)  This section does not supersede, invalidate, or

18  otherwise abrogate any local ordinance or regulation adopted

19  by a home rule charter county with a population of 1.6 million

20  or more which regulates signs described in subsection (9) or

21  any such ordinance or regulation adopted by the largest

22  municipality within such charter county.
