13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 2, lines 5 through 6,

15  remove:  all said lines

17  and insert:  center, park, playground, designated public

18  school bus stop, or other place where children regularly

19  congregate.  In the event a school, day care center, park,

20  playground, or designated public school bus stop is

21  established or relocated at a distance less than 1,000 feet

22  from the residence of a releasee, the department shall

23  immediately notify such releasee and he or she must relocate

24  his or her residence within 120 days from the date of the

25  notice.
