14         On page 21, lines 21-28,

15  remove:  all of said lines

17  and insert:  CONTRIBUTIONS.--Contributions made pursuant to

18  this section shall be paid by the employer to the third-party

19  administrator for deposit in the Clearing Trust Fund pursuant

20  to the passage of HB __ or other similar by electronic funds

21  transfer no later than the 5th working day of the month

22  immediately following the month during which the payroll

23  period ended. The board and the third-party administrator

24  shall ensure that the contributions are distributed to the

25  appropriate trust funds or participant accounts in a timely

26  manner.
