13         Amendment 

14         On page 8, between lines 9 and 10 of the bill

15

16  insert:

17         (6)  Lands purchased using bond proceeds under this

18  paragraph which are later determined by the South Florida

19  Water Management District and the Department of Environmental

20  Protection as not needed to implement the Comprehensive Plan,

21  shall either be surplused at no less than appraised value, and

22  the proceeds from the sale of such lands shall be deposited

23  into the Save Our Everglades Trust Fund to be used to

24  implement the Comprehensive Plan, or the South Florida Water

25  Management District shall use a different source of funds to

26  pay for or reimburse the Save Our Everglades Trust Fund for

27  that portion of land not needed to implement the Comprehensive

28  Plan.
