19 section 373.1502, Florida Statutes, to read:
20 373.1502 Regulation of comprehensive plan project
21 components.--
22 (3) REGULATION OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN STRUCTURES AND
23 FACILITIES.--
24 (h) Project components that would otherwise qualify as
25 exempt pursuant to s. 373.406 shall not need permits under
26 this section.
