14         On page 4, lines 3 through 9, delete those lines

16  and insert:

17         Section 4.  The Executive Office of the Governor is

18  directed to establish spending authority from unappropriated

19  trust fund balances in the Department of Transportation in the

20  amount of $316,666.67 to a new category titled "Relief: Ligia

21  Iglesias and Alba Luz Avendano" as relief for injuries and

22  damages sustained.  After payment of fees, costs,
