  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Putnam County; repealing

  3         chapter 61-2723, Laws of Florida, relating to

  4         the operation and maintenance of the law

  5         library in the Putnam County Court House;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  Chapter 61-2723, Laws of Florida, is

11  repealed.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
