16 insert:
17 Section 7. Any person charged with sexual battery
18 under chapter 794, Florida Statutes, or any person charged as
19 a sexual predator pursuant to the Florida law shall be
20 required to submit to an HIV/AIDS test upon request by the
21 victim or, if the victim is a minor, the victim's family. The
22 test must be administered within 2 weeks after the request is
23 made and the results of the test shall be immediately provided
24 to the victim or, if the victim is a minor, to the victim's
25 family.
