  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to trust funds; exempting from

  3         termination the Inmate Bank Trust Fund

  4         administered by the Department of Corrections;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature finds that the Inmate Bank

10  Trust Fund, which has no FLAIR number and which is

11  administered by the Department of Corrections is exempt from

12  termination pursuant to Section 19(f), Article III of the

13  State Constitution.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
