  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to road designations;

  3         designating "Ronald Reagan Parkway" in Leon

  4         County; directing the Department of

  5         Transportation to erect suitable markers;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  Ronald Reagan Parkway designated;

11  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

12         (1)  That portion of U.S. Highway 27, between Capital

13  Circle and the intersection of North Monroe Street with

14  Apalachee Parkway, in Leon County, is hereby designated as

15  "Ronald Reagan Parkway."

16         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

17  erect suitable markers designating "Ronald Reagan Parkway" as

18  described in subsection (1).

19         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

20  law.
