14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 79, between lines 14 and 15,

17  insert:

18         Section 27.  Paragraph (b) of subsection (14) of

19  section 440.13, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:

20         440.13  Medical services and supplies; penalty for

21  violations; limitations.--

22         (14)  PAYMENT OF MEDICAL FEES.--

23         (b)  Fees charged for remedial treatment, care, and

24  attendance may not exceed the applicable fee schedules adopted

25  under this chapter, except as provided pursuant to a contract

26  entered into between an employer or carrier and a certified

27  health care provider or health care facility for the payment

28  of medical services for covered expenses.
