12  the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 2, lines 3 and 17, and on page 5, line 29,

16  after the period

18  insert:  Nothing in this act shall require an insurer

19  regulated by this section to provide coverage for a

20  prescription for elective contraceptives if the insured or

21  policy holder is a religious institution or is affiliated with

22  a religious institution and objects on religious or moral

23  grounds.
