14         On page 10, line 14, of the bill

16  insert after the period:  No oaths, by affidavit or otherwise,

17  shall be required of a employee participant at the time of

18  election.  Acknowledgement of an employees election to

19  participate in the program shall be no greater than necessary

20  to confirm the employee's election.
