  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to elections; amending s.

  3         101.001, F.S.; requiring the establishment of a

  4         polling place on the main campus of each state

  5         university; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  Subsection (5) is added to section 101.001,

10  Florida Statutes, to read:

11         101.001  Precincts and polling places; boundaries.--

12         (5)  The supervisor of elections in each county where

13  the main campus of a state university is located shall

14  establish a polling place on that main campus.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2003.
