11  Senator Smith moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 2, line 30, through

15            page 3, line 6, delete those lines

16

17  and insert:  the case file maintained by the state attorney.

18  On an annual a quarterly basis, each state attorney shall

19  submit copies of deviation memoranda regarding offenses

20  committed on or after the effective date of this subsection,

21  to the president of the  Florida Prosecuting Attorneys

22  Association, Inc. The association must maintain such

23  information, and make such information available to the public

24  upon request, for at least a 10-year period.
