17  and insert:  (b)  At least 180 days prior to the anticipated

18  release from residential commitment of a person committed to

19  the custody of the Department of Juvenile Justice, except that

20  in the case of persons who are committed to low or moderate

21  risk, written notice must be given as soon as practicable; or
