12  recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 1, lines 18-21, delete those lines

16

17  and insert:  at any given time a cash balance reserve equal to

18  no more than 25 percent of its annualized operating expenses.

19  Upon dissolution of the corporation, any remaining cash

20  balances of state funds shall revert to the General Revenue

21  Fund, or such other state funds consistent with the

22  appropriated funding, as provided by law.
