13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 11, between lines 24 and 25,

16  insert:

17         Section 4.  Section 316.0075, Florida Statutes, does

18  not apply within any municipality that adopted an ordinance

19  governing the use of electronic communications on or before

20  March 4, 2002.
