18         1010.72  Excellent Teaching Program Trust Fund.--The
19  Excellent Teaching Program Trust Fund is created to be
20  administered by the Department of Education. Funds must be
21  credited to the trust fund as provided in chapter 98-309, Laws
22  of Florida, to be used for the purposes set forth therein.
