18         (4)  This section does not apply to:
19         (a)  Controlled substances or drugs ordered from an
20  institutional pharmacy licensed under s. 465.019(2), Florida
21  Statutes, in accordance with the institutional policy for such
22  controlled substances or drugs;
23         (b)  Controlled substances or drugs administered by a
24  health care practitioner to a patient or resident receiving
25  care from a hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility,
26  home health agency, hospice, or intermediate care facility for
27  the developmentally disabled which is licensed in this state;
28  or
29         (c)  Methylphenidate (commonly known as Ritalin)
30  prescribed for children under the age of 18.
