18 (3) It is the intent of the Legislature that to the
19 extent the Governor vetoes 2002-2003 appropriations from the
20 General Revenue Fund, up to $30 millon of such appropriations
21 shall be used to fund the total amount of relief from the tax
22 levied under the provisions of chapter 212, Florida Statutes,
23 provided pursuant to this act.
