14         On page 1789, between lines 10 and 11,

16  insert:  
17         Section 1063.  The Department of Education shall each
18  year distribute for informational purposes to all district
19  school board members, district school superintendents, and
20  school principals the entire  guidelines on "Religious
21  Expression in Public Schools" published by the United States
22  Department of Education, as updated from time to time.
