14         Delete everything after the enacting clause

16  and insert:  The Legislature of the State of Florida urges the
17  Congress of the United States to accept Miami-Dade County as
18  the 17th-largest state in the United States.

22  And the title is amended as follows:
23         Delete everything before the enacting clause

25  and insert:
26                      A bill to be entitled
27         An act relating to Miami-Dade County;
28         expressing the sentiment of the Legislature
29         that Miami-Dade County be accepted as the
30         17th-largest state of the United States.
