Requires that the expenditure of funds provided in Specific Appropriation
123A for the Health/Liability Insurance Cost Containment Committee shall be
subject to the approval of the Secretary of the Florida Board of Education.

At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 123A, INSERT:

All expenditures from the funds provided in Specific Appropriation 123A
shall be approved by the Secretary of Education.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
