Following Specific Appropriation 106B, INSERT:
Funds provided in Specific Appropriation 106B are contingent upon HB
61-E becoming law, specifying the nonapplication of certain provisions
of the Internal Revenue Code under the Florida Income Tax Code,
eliminating application of the new federal depreciation provisions to
the Florida Corporate Income Tax Code.

Funds provided in Specific Appropriation 106B shall allocated by
prorating the amount of the appropriation on each district's K-12 base
funding.
Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items. |
