Adds proviso language to authorize a business case study on the feasibility
of outsourcing the administrative, investigative, legal and prosecutorial
functions of the Board of Dentistry.

At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 617, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 617, $50,000 in non-recurring
Medical Quality Assurance Trust Funds is provided to contract with the
Office of Legislative Services for a business case study on the
feasibility of outsourcing the administrative, investigative, legal and
prosecutorial functions of the Board of Dentistry.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
