Explanation:
This amendment eliminates $30 million for the human resources contract and
reverses all other issues in House Bill 27E that relate to the human
resources outsourcing project. This amendment will require numerous other
technical adjustments throughout the bill.

DELETE THE PROVISO IMMEDIATELY PRECEEDING SPECIFIC APPROPRIATION 2810:
Funds in Specific Appropriations 2810 through 2820 from the State
Personnel System Trust Fund are based upon a human resource services

assessment to state entities at $335.36 per FTE and $112.78 per OPS
position.
AND INSERT:
Funds in Specific Appropriations 2810 through 2820 from the State
Personnel System Trust Fund are based upon a personnel assessment of $59
per position.
Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items. |
