  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act making appropriations; providing moneys

  3         for the annual period beginning July 1, 2002,

  4         and ending June 30, 2003, to pay salaries, and

  5         other expenses, capital outlay - buildings, and

  6         other improvements, and for other specified

  7         purposes of the various agencies of State

  8         government; providing an effective date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11  

12  The moneys contained herein are appropriated from the named

13  funds for the 2002-2003 Fiscal Year to the State agency

14  indicated, as the amounts to be used to pay the salaries and

15  other operational expenditures of the named agencies, and are

16  in lieu of all moneys appropriated for these purposes in other

17  sections of the Florida Statutes.
