14         On page 11, line 21, after the period

16  insert:  Access to information in the electronic monitoring
17  system and reports or analyses derived therefrom, are limited
18  to those employees of the Bureau of Pharmacy Services for whom
19  access is necessary for the performance of their job duties,
20  except when otherwise expressly provided by law.
