15         On page 8, line 27 through page 9, line 5, delete those
16  lines

18  and insert:  
19  in such system after consideration of the following:
20         (a)  Whether the substance has been rescheduled by rule
21  adopted by the United States Attorney General pursuant to s.
22  201 of the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act
23  of 1970, 21 U.S.C. s. 811.
24         (b)  The substance's actual or relative potential for
25  abuse as defined in chapter 893, Florida Statutes.
26         (c)  Scientific evidence of the substance's
27  pharmacological effect, if known.
28         (d)  The state of current scientific knowledge
29  regarding the substance.
30         (e)  The substance's history and current pattern of
31  abuse.
