14 On page 12, line 27, through
15 page 13, line 15, delete those lines

17 and insert:
18 (10) The Bureau of Pharmacy Services of the Department
19 of Health shall use the electronic system established under
20 this section for the purpose of identifying licensees and
21 patients who engage in fraudulent or illegal practices
22 relating to the use or prescribing of controlled substances.
23 Cases may be referred to the appropriate licensing board or to
24 an appropriate law enforcement agency for investigation if a
25 physician or dentist licensed under chapter 458, chapter 459,
26 chapter 461, or chapter 466 and an attorney for the state
27 determine that reasonable cause exists to believe that the
28 patient or licensee has engaged in fraudulent or illegal
29 activity. If the licensee holds a license under chapter 458,
30 chapter 459, chapter 461, or chapter 466, the consulting
31 physician or dentist must hold a license under the same
