15 lines

17 and insert:
18 in such system after consideration of the following:
19 (a) Whether the substance has been rescheduled by rule
20 adopted by the United States Attorney General pursuant to s.
21 201 of the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act
22 of 1970, 21 U.S.C. s. 811.
23 (b) The substance's actual or relative potential for
24 abuse as defined in chapter 893, Florida Statutes.
25 (c) Scientific evidence of the substance's
26 pharmacological effect, if known.
27 (d) The state of current scientific knowledge
28 regarding the substance.
29 (e) The substance's history and current pattern of
30 abuse.
31 (f) The scope, duration, and significance of abuse.
