14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 40, line 31, through
16            page 41, line 8, delete those lines
17  
18  and insert:  
19         (20)  The registration requirements of this section do
20  not apply to individuals licensed under s. 626.041 or its
21  successor statute, or s. 626.051 or its successor statute, for
22  the sale of a security as defined in s. 517.021(19)(g), if the
23  individual is directly authorized by the issuer to offer or
24  sell the security on behalf of the issuer and the issuer is a
25  federally chartered savings bank subject to regulation by the
26  Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Actions under this
27  subsection shall constitute activity under the insurance
28  agent's license for purposes of ss. 626.611 and 626.621.
