15  remove:  the period

17  and insert:  , provided; however, that it will apply to the
18  class size and pre-K initiatives.  The Revenue Estimating
19  Conference shall prepare an estimate on those two initiatives
20  expeditiously and the Attorney General heard shall petition
21  the Supreme Court for review as provided in this act.
