11  The Committee on Finance and Taxation recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 1, lines 24-28, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  chapter 427, after June 30, 2003, unless the
18  Legislature finds that the authority is in compliance with the
19  standards set forth in rule 41-2.006(4), Florida
20  Administrative Code.
21         Section 2.  The Commission for the Transportation
22  Disadvantaged shall evaluate the performance of the Central
23  Florida Regional Transportation Authority as a community
24  transportation coordinator, in accordance with rule
25  41-2.006(4), Florida Administrative Code, and provide a report
