11  The Committee on Judiciary recommended the following amendment

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 2, lines 24-31 through page 3, lines 1-2,
16  delete those lines
17  
18  and insert:  
19  limitations specified in this act, any such action may be
20  brought in the county where the property in litigation is
21  located or, if the affected agency or subdivision has an
22  office in such county for the transaction of its customary
23  business, where the cause of action accrued. However, any such
24  action against a state university board of trustees shall be
25  brought in the county in which that university's main campus
26  is located or in the county where the causes of action accrued
27  if the university maintains a substantial presence for the
28  transaction of its customary business.
