  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to schools; repealing s.

  3         1013.43, F.S., which provides for restrictions

  4         on the size of new schools; providing an

  5         effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  Section 1013.43, Florida Statutes, as

10  created by section 842 of chapter 2002-387, Laws of Florida,

11  is repealed.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
