  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to commerce; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to enact policies promoting

  4         commerce, economic opportunities, and consumer

  5         services; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  enact policies promoting commerce, economic opportunities, and

11  consumer services.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
