| 18 | the victim of a crime described in this subparagraph, held by a | ||||
| 19 | law enforcement agency,is confidential and exempt from | ||||
| 20 | subsection (1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution. | ||||
| 21 | Any governmental agency that is authorized to have access to | ||||
| 22 | such statements by any provision of law shall be granted such | ||||
| 23 | access in the furtherance of the agency's statutory duties, | ||||

notwithstanding the provisions of this section. |
