15          Remove line(s) 56 through 69, and insert:

17          personal assets of the minor; and which identifies that minor as
18    the victim of a crime described in this subparagraph, held by a
19    law enforcement agency,is confidential and exempt from
20    subsection (1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution.
21    Any governmental agency that is authorized to have access to
22    such statements by any provision of law shall be granted such
23    access in the furtherance of the agency's statutory duties,
24    notwithstanding the provisions of this section. This
25    subparagraph is subject to the Open
