13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 99, line 20, through
15            page 100, line 1, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (3)  The original appearance bond does not guarantee
19  the defendant's conduct or appearance in court at any time
20  after:
21         (a)  The defendant enters into an agreement for
22  deferred prosecution or agrees to enter a pretrial
23  intervention program;
24         (b)  The defendant is acquitted;
25         (c)  The defendant is adjudicated guilty;
26         (d)  Adjudication of guilt of the defendant is
27  withheld; or
28           (e)  The defendant is found guilty by a judge or
29  jury.
