1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to wildlife and environmental area
3	designations; designating the Sandy Sprunt Dove Creek
4	Hammocks Wildlife and Environmental Area in Monroe County;
5	directing the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to
6	erect suitable markers; providing an effective date.

8	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10	Section 1.Sandy Sprunt Dove Creek Hammocks Wildlife and
11	Environmental Area designated; commission to erect suitable
12	markers.--
13	(1) That portion of Monroe County known as the Dove Creek
14	Hammocks Wildlife and Environmental Area is hereby designated as
15	"Sandy Sprunt Dove Creek Hammocks Wildlife and Environmental
16	Area."
17	(2) The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is
18	directed to erect suitable markers designating Sandy Sprunt Dove
19	Creek Hammocks Wildlife and Environmental Area as described in
20	subsection (1).
21	Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
